The Linen Company (part of Nishat Chunian Ltd.) is a vertically‑integrated, affordable‑luxury home‑textile brand. With mills, e‑commerce, and nine stores across Pakistan & UAE, we bring New York design and mill‑direct value to customers. As we scale globally, we need a data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimise our paid‑media engine across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels.
What You’ll Do
- Own the growth P&L – manage 8‑figure PKR monthly ad budgets; hit ROAS, CAC and payback targets for PK, UAE and upcoming markets.
- Strategy & execution – craft full‑funnel media plans, audience experiments and creative tests; translate insights into revenue.
- Lead & mentor – coach an Assistant Manager (Hamdan) plus agency/freelance partners; set clear KPIs and feedback loops.
- Deep‑dive analytics – GA4, attribution, cohort & LTV models; turn numbers into action for E‑com, CX and Merch.
- Scale new channels – TikTok Shop, Pinterest, Programmatic, Affiliates—test, learn, double‑down.
- Forecast & report – weekly pacing vs budget, monthly board deck, seasonal war‑room ownership (Ramadan, White Friday).
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 yrs hands‑on paid‑media experience, at least 3 yrs in high‑growth DTC or e‑commerce.
- Proven mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Shopping), TikTok Ads, GA4 & Looker/Data Studio.
- Track record managing >$50 k USD / >PKR 15 M monthly spend with profitable ROAS.
- Strong Excel/Sheets & BI skills; comfortable building cohort/LTV models and reallocating budgets on the fly.
- Leadership mindset—able to upskill junior talent, brief agencies, and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Bonus: GCC market experience, feed‑based ads (GMC), or home/lifestyle vertical knowledge.
