Description:
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead their digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google platforms, as these channels will constitute 80% of the advertising spend. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness in the cybersecurity and telecommunications sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to achieve acquisition and ROI goals.
✅ Budget Management: Allocate and manage a substantial advertising budget, ensuring optimal spend across channels to maximize performance and efficiency.
✅ Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and adhere to platform best practices.
✅ Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
✅ A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
✅ Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach high-risk individuals and businesses that prioritize mobile security and privacy.
✅ Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:
✅ Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the cybersecurity and telecommunications industries is highly desirable.
✅ Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
✅ Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and A/B testing tools.
✅ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
✅ Certifications: Relevant certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
