Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Creation & Execution: Design and execute multi-platform performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms.

• Data Analysis & Optimization: Track campaign performance metrics, analyze user behavior and funnel data, and implement A/B tests to optimize performance and drive higher conversions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the creative team to blend engaging storytelling with high-impact marketing strategies.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry changes and algorithm updates to ensure our campaigns remain relevant, competitive, and innovative.

• Budget Management: Efficiently manage advertising budgets, maximize returns on ad spend (ROAS), and deliver measurable results.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in running successful performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Strong proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, or other ad tech platforms

• Exceptional ability to interpret analytics and convert insights into actionable strategies
