This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Expert (Google & Meta) located in Lahore. The Performance Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing sales performance, and leveraging digital marketing channels to increase traffic and conversions. campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Daily tasks include data analysis, reporting on campaign performance, and collaborating with the design and web development teams to enhance marketing efforts.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs like CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Create and test ad copy, visuals, and audience strategies for best performance
• Analyze campaign data and share actionable insights
• Collaborate with the creative team to build high-performing ad assets
• Set up and manage tracking tools like Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager
• Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices

🎓 Qualifications

• Proven experience running successful Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager
• Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
