Market Pro is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. If you have a strong command over PPC strategy and a passion for maximizing ROI in a B2B environment — we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to improve CTRs, conversions, and cost efficiency
- Build and manage B2B funnels tailored to different stages of the buyer journey
- Run A/B tests, manage ad creatives and landing pages for better performance
- Ensure tracking accuracy via Google Tag Manager and conversion events
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionables
- Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams for aligned campaign strategies
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and preferably TikTok Ads
- Solid understanding of PPC metrics, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
- Familiar with tracking tools, GA4, GTM, and basic retargeting strategies
- Excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset
