Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? ATNR is looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Data Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of analysing digital campaign performance across multiple platforms, optimising strategies, and driving growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyse, and optimise digital campaign performance across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.
Collaborate closely with the performance team to optimise campaigns based on real-time data insights.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Track and interpret key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate to ensure campaign success.
Share real-time insights with the team to help refine targeting, creatives, and budget allocation, driving better outcomes.
Apply a strong understanding of attribution models to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Whom We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads.
Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
