Key Responsibilities

 

Campaign Strategy & Setup

- Build and structure Meta ad campaigns from brief to launch across awareness, consideration and conversion objectives

- Develop audience strategy across cold, warm and retargeting layers - not just interest stacking

- Ensure pixel setup, event tracking and attribution are verified before any spend goes live

- Align campaign architecture with client business goals, not just platform defaults

 

Creative Strategy & Testing

- Brief creative assets to the content team with clear direction on hook, format, messaging angle and platform placement

- Design and execute structured creative testing frameworks - not random tests, not gut feel

- Identify winning creatives quickly and scale them before fatigue sets in

- Flag underperforming assets early rather than letting budget bleed on what isn't working

 

Optimisation & Scaling

- Monitor accounts daily - budget pacing, delivery, CPL, CPA and ROAS

- Make optimisation decisions independently within agreed parameters without waiting to be told

- Scale what works methodically - know the difference between scaling confidently and scaling recklessly

- Know when to pause, when to test a new angle, and when to scale hard

 

Reporting & Communication

- Deliver weekly performance reports covering spend, impressions, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and a clear summary of what changed and why

- Report honestly - we care about real numbers, not dressed up vanity metrics

- Flag issues before they become expensive mistakes, not after

- Communicate optimisation decisions clearly so the Growth Partner is always informed

Requirements

 

What are we looking for and what does it take to be a Meta Ads Executive here?

 

- Minimum 2 years of hands on Meta Ads experience managing real client budgets - not personal projects or boosting campaigns

- Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager - campaigns, ad sets, ads, automated rules, breakdown reports, and A/B testing tools

- Strong understanding of creative strategy - knows what makes a good hook and can brief it effectively without being a designer

- Solid grasp of pixel setup, event tracking, custom conversions and basic attribution modelling

- Data driven decision making - optimises based on numbers, not assumptions or platform recommendations alone

- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

- Proactive communicator - brings solutions alongside problems, never just problems alone

- Self starter who can own a campaign from brief to results without micromanagement

- Strong attention to detail - catches errors before they go live, not after

- Google Ads experience (Search and/or Performance Max) is a strong differentiator and a significant advantage for this role

- Familiarity with third party reporting tools such as Whatagraph, Databox or similar is a plus

- Experience with lead generation campaigns specifically, not just ecommerce, is preferred
