Performance Marketing Analyst

 

Description:

  • Plan and execute SEO and Paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook, Google, Youtube, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Snapchat, Twitter etc.
  • Develop the SEO roadmap and lead implementation for greater conversion rate optimization. Measure and report performance for digital marketing campaigns and assess against respective business goals.
  • Analyze business trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
  • Plan A/B tests across audiences, ad placements and creatives for optimizing campaign results.
  • Have good understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement of digital channels.
  • Possess knowledge of B2B marketing and be content savvy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to make marketing collateral and onsite landing pages.
  • Develop detailed quantitative analysis while forming meaningful insights towards business performance for digital marketing campaigns.

 

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, Data Science/Business Analytics preferred.
  • 6 to 12 months of work experience in Performance Marketing and SEO.
  • Online marketing tools, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Console, Tag Manager, Paid Campaign Management, SEO tools, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines.
  • Storytelling skills: experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Visualization tools, attribution tools, ASO, Marketing Automation tools, etc.
