About the Job

Full-time | On-site (5 days/week) | Johar Town, Lahore

What you'll actually do

• Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads end-to-end
• Own campaign structure: audiences, budgets, bidding, placements, and full-funnel setup from awareness to conversion
• Continuously optimize - creative testing, audience testing, budget reallocation - to improve ROAS and lower CAC
• Brief the design and content team on ad creatives, and feed performance learnings back into what gets made
• Own tracking and measurement: Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), conversion events, and clean attribution on our Shopify store
• Build clear weekly and monthly performance reports for the CEO - spend, revenue, ROAS, CAC, and what we're doing about it
• Stay current on platform changes and testing opportunities (new formats, placements, campaign types)

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns with real budgets - ideally for e-commerce/D2C
• Strong analytics and reporting skills - you're comfortable in GA4 and can explain performance in plain language
• Experience with conversion tracking setup (Pixel, GA4 events)
• A test-and-learn mindset: you form hypotheses, run experiments, and let data decide
• Experience of running ads for beauty, skincare, or fashion brands in Pakistan
