WPP Media is looking for Performance Marketer to join our Lahore team and work with one of the largest players in Pakistan.

What We’re Looking For:
> Experience: 2–3 years in performance marketing with proven expertise across key digital platforms
(Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.)
>Analytical Mindset: Strong command of campaign metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
> Data Skills: Ability to build and manage dashboards for reporting and insights.
> Tech-Savvy: Understanding of multi-attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) tools to optimize performance and tracking.
> Client-First Attitude: Ability to manage tight deadlines while keeping client goals at the center.
> Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to collaborate with and lead conversations alongside the creative and e-commerce teams to optimize media strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
Analyze data and deliver insights to improve ROAS and efficiency.
Build dashboards to track performance and inform stakeholders.
Work closely with creative and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment of media, content, and sales objectives.
Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
