Performance Marketer

 

Description:

AEG / Ticketjee is looking for a data-driven and passionate Performance Marketer to lead SEO, Google Ads, and PPC campaigns. The role involves driving measurable growth and delivering impactful results for a fast-growing travel and ticketing platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage high-performing SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).

  • Plan and optimize PPC/paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms.

  • Take full ownership of campaign performance from CTRs to ROAS, CPA to CPL.

  • Conduct regular keyword research, A/B testing, and performance audits to enhance effectiveness.

  • Analyze customer journeys, funnel performance, and campaign metrics using GA4 and analytics tools.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.

  • Stay updated on the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience in performance marketing.

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page strategies.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, and related tools.

  • A creative thinker with analytical skills and a results-focused mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, or technology platforms.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools or retargeting funnels.

  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, UTM tagging, and performance dashboards.
