We’re on the lookout for a Performance Marketer who understands the science behind paid ads and the psychology behind buyer journeys.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
1. Paid Media Expertise
• You’ve managed Meta, Google and Tik Tok Campaigns with clear KPIs.
• You know what a strong funnel looks like and how to fix a broken one.
• You understand retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom events like the back of your hand.
2. Creative & Copy Alignment
• You know how Creative and Copy affect ad performance.
• You’ve worked closely with designers or can brief them with clarity.
• You test and you test smart.
3. Analytics Pro
• You understand dashboards (Meta, GA4, or even Sheets).
• You report but more importantly you find what’s working and scale it fast.
• You understand attribution and tracking.
4. Strategy & Scaling
• You can build media plans and forecast performance.
• You know when to scale, when to pause, and how to keep CPAs low.
• You’ve worked on DTC, eComm, lead gen or all of them.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
- Share performance screenshots (ROAS, CPL, CAC). Case studies > buzzwords.
- Show us a campaign where you tested multiple creatives and got results.
- Send over an example of how your insight or report turned a campaign around.
- Tell us about a time you helped scale a brand or campaign. We like stories with numbers.
