What you’ll do:
- Design and execute performance campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc
- Monitor, optimize, A/B test ads with tools like Google Analytics and data dashboards.
- Create weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align strategies.
- Weekly sync-up meetings with In-House Marketing team to understand the Brand identity & enhance overall progress with determined plans & actionables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or in-progress in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field
- Professional fluency in English—strong written/verbal communication
- Proven experience (internships or past roles) in performance or digital marketing tools & formats
- Tools mastery: Meta Ads, Google Analytics, reporting, spreadsheets, Motion App etc
- Analytical mindset, ROI focus, A/B testing experience
- Gen‑Z energy, inventive thinking, detail-oriented perfectionism, A thinker & a do-er.
