Description:
We are seeking a Performance Marketer who will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI. This is a hybrid position, allowing you flexibility while working alongside a results-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to improve CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Manage and scale dropshipping marketing funnels across social and search platforms.
- Monitor budget allocation, performance reports, and ROI tracking in real-time.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and industry benchmarks.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to present results to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in running performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Klaviyo, and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in design, development, and content.
- Deep understanding of the eCommerce/Dropshipping ecosystem is a plus.
- Creative, analytical, and highly organized mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
