Performance Creative Strategist

 

Description:

This is a ground-floor leadership position. You will own NumNumm's entire growth engine — from creative concept to campaign performance. You will build the strategy, execute it, and be accountable for its results.

You are not a specialist brought in to manage one channel. You are the person who connects brand story, creative execution, and paid performance into a single coherent system — and you know how to make each phase of that system work differently from the last.

 

What You Will Own

Creative Strategy Build the full creative calendar across awareness, consideration, sales, and retention. Brief every shoot. Own every concept before it goes live. Know which message belongs at which stage and why.

Production Be present on set. Direct talent. Ensure every frame earns its place in the campaign. Nothing ships without your sign-off.

Meta Ads — Full Stack Build and run campaigns end-to-end. You understand Advantage+ Audience, the Describe Your Audience AI targeting tool, CBO, and the Andromeda update — not from a course, from running campaigns that performed.

Analytics and Optimisation Read data with intention. Kill what does not work. Scale what does. Bring a weekly report that tells a story, not just a spreadsheet.

 

You Are This Person

3+ years running Meta Ads end-to-end — not assisting, owning.

Proven results you can demonstrate — ROAS, cost per purchase, scale milestones from real campaigns on real budgets.

Previous experience with a recognised consumer brand in food, FMCG, lifestyle, or e-commerce.

You understand what the Andromeda update changed about Meta targeting in 2026 — because you experienced the shift firsthand, not because you read about it.

You have been on a shoot, directed talent, and understand what makes the first two seconds of a creative work.

You think in funnels and build creative differently for Awareness, Sales, and Retention — not the same ad with a different caption.

You apply consumer psychology — loss aversion, social proof, identity-based buying, price anchoring — as instinct, not technique.

You will teach, not gatekeep.

 

This Is Not The Right Role If —

You have never built a campaign from a blank canvas and owned the outcome.

You cannot share the numbers behind your last campaign.

Your understanding of Meta has not been updated since 2024.

You are managing multiple clients simultaneously and have limited bandwidth for one brand.

You believe creative execution is someone else's responsibility.
