Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic People & Culture Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives and ensuring smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in performance management processes and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with internal company policies
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Support leave management
- Identifying inefficiencies in HR operations and recommending improvements.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and employee retention strategies.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
