Pentesting Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pentesting Engineer in Karachi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Pentesting Engineer is responsible for identifying vulnerabilities and potential security gaps in systems, networks, and applications. As a Pentesting Engineer, you will perform a variety of tests, including penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and ethical hacking. You will also work with the development team to design and implement secure coding practices and provide guidance on secure system designs.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience working as a full-time Penetration Tester.
• A Bachelor’s degree in any domain
• Experience with common scanning and penetration testing tools (e.g., Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit).
• Experience with web and mobile application security testing, identifying vulnerabilities in web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and vulnerability exploitation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
