Description:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Expert to lead our digital acquisition and growth strategies. With at least 4 years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for managing substantial budgets across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. You will not just "run ads" but architect full-funnel strategies that optimize for LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Design, execute, and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads Manager. Experience with TikTok and LinkedIn Ads is a significant plus.
Budget Optimization: Manage a monthly budget, ensuring efficient pacing and minimal wastage through rigorous A/B testing and automated bidding strategies.
Funnel Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop "hook-based" content and high-converting landing pages.
AI Integration: Utilize AI tools for audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and creative testing to stay ahead of the competition.
Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance audits, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1. Professional Experience
Minimum 4 years in performance marketing, specifically managing paid media for E-commerce, SaaS, or Lead Gen.
Proven track record of scaling monthly spends while maintaining or improving CPA/ROAS.
2. Technical Expertise
Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Google Ads scripts.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data visualization tools like Looker Studio.
Strong understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
