Payroll Specialist

 

Description:

Hillcrest Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely salary processing. The ideal candidate will support payroll calculations, attendance management, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

♦ Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time

♦ Maintain employee payroll records, salary structures, and deductions

♦ Manage attendance, overtime, leaves, and adjustments

♦ Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll related matters

♦ Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

♦ Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies

♦ Assist in payroll reports and documentation for management

♦ Support audits and payroll data verification

 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

♦ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field

♦ 6 months to 1 year of experience in payroll or HR payroll functions

♦ Basic knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws

♦ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

♦ Good communication and coordination skills

♦ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email

♦ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
