Back Tech is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team and work with our US-based clients.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of payroll or accounting experience, strong Excel skills, good English communication, and excellent attention to detail. Experience handling payroll processes and working with financial data will be an added advantage.
