Description:
We are looking for an immediate, high-caliber resource to join our Front Office Solution team. This is a pure voice-based role involving both inbound and outbound international calls (no chat support). The selected candidate will manage critical client coordination and drive supply chain processes over the phone.
Core Requirements:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; flawless telephone etiquette for international calling.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding and good working knowledge of Supply Chain Management and logistics processes.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (specifically advanced features in Excel, Outlook, and Word) for tracking and data management.
Experience: Prior experience handling inbound and outbound operations in an international BPO/call center environment.
Soft Skills:
Strong coordination, organizational capabilities, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
