🚨 We're Hiring – Patient Support Specialist
Prima Systems is looking for dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist supporting US-based healthcare operations.
📍 Location: Lahore & Rawalpindi (Onsite)
🕒 Shift: Night Shift
📅 Off Days: Two weekly offs
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Manage appointment scheduling via calls, emails, and chat.
Update and maintain patient information accurately in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient support operations.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in US healthcare / patient support / customer support.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
