We’re Hiring – Patient Support Specialist 🌟
Join our team at Staffloom BPO as a Patient Support Executive based in Lahore (DHA Phase 9 Town – On-site).

💼 Salary: PKR 120,000 – 150,000 / month
🕒 Shifts:
• Night: 2 AM – 11 AM
• Day: 10 AM – 7 PM
(5–6 days/week, fixed shift)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle patient calls
• Assist with chart preparation & documentation
• Follow scheduling & communication protocols
✅ Requirements:
• Experience in healthcare or customer support
• Strong English communication
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (ECW preferred)
• Detail-oriented & reliable
