Apax Solutions is hiring a Patient Support Representative to join our team immediately. Only candidates who can join right away should apply. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Chronic Care Management (CCM) and US healthcare support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient calls and inquiries professionally
Support Chronic Care Management (CCM) activities, including patient follow-ups and care coordination
Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
Work closely with doctors and healthcare providers in the USA
Maintain accurate documentation using EHR/EMR systems
Requirements:
Prior experience in patient support or healthcare required
Experience with Chronic Care Management (CCM)
Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR software
Experience working with US-based doctors or healthcare providers
Strong communication and customer service skills
Available for night shift
Willing to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore
Immediate joiners only
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
