‎Key Responsibilities:

‎

‎Handle patient calls and inquiries professionally

‎

‎Support Chronic Care Management (CCM) activities, including patient follow-ups and care coordination

‎

‎Schedule appointments and manage patient communications

‎

‎Work closely with doctors and healthcare providers in the USA

‎

‎Maintain accurate documentation using EHR/EMR systems

‎

‎Requirements:

‎

‎Prior experience in patient support or healthcare required

‎

‎Experience with Chronic Care Management (CCM)

‎

‎Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR software

‎

‎Experience working with US-based doctors or healthcare providers

‎

‎Strong communication and customer service skills

‎

‎Available for night shift

‎

‎Willing to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore

‎

‎Immediate joiners only

‎

‎Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
