Caregenix a USA  based company, Urgent Hiring for the post of “Customer Support Executive”

 

Requirements:

 

1) Education: Intermediate or above.

 

2) Relevant customer service experience is preferred .

 

3) Excellent English communication is must. (Ideally with American accent).

 

4) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 

5) Willing to work as per the US working hours.

 

6) Have Medical Background.

 

Job Description:

 

· Need to handle inbound & outbound calls from patients.

· Need to resolve patient queries efficiently.

 

· Need to make daily patient appointments.

 

Job Details:

 

· Mon to Friday (6pm till 3 AM)

 

· Full Time & Work from office only

 

· Market Competitive Salary (70k-80k)

 

· Office Location: Main Zamzama Commercial, Karachi
