Patient Services Manager



What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Lead and manage the Support Department team to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Need to have Technical understanding of CRM/Dashboard/ASANA.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of excellence in customer service within the Support Department.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the Support Department.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that the Support Department team has the necessary skills and knowledge to meet customer needs.
  • Manage the budget for the Support Department and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and implement them within the Support Department.


Requirements: -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a technology or software industry for US base companies.
  • Working with Product Team to improve Customer Services processes and build new ideas into it.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Need to have hand on experience with CRM (Salesforce + HubSpot + In-house CRM + Support Ticketing Software's.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
