Patient Service Representative

Job Duteis:

- Dealing with appointment scheduling for patients

- Ensuring all calls are answered

- Maintaining scheduling on a daily, weekly & monthly basis

- Ensuring all quality protocols are covered

- Email handling and answering customer queries

Minimum one year or more experience required in the above mentioned position with excellent English communication skills.
