Patient Service Representative

Description:

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for meeting with patients and their caretaker, giving them a brief about the scheme and FOC’s of provided medicine. In order to succeed this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• PFO’s should be responsible to ensure 50% of his presence in the field and 50% in Office based.

• PFO’s should be working as funding organization coordinator and any of assigned institutional project and should be based in Peshawar.

• Should be qualified having sound knowledge of all governmental projects including (PBM, CM fund, Sehat Insaf Card, provincial reimbursement programs, Oncology and I& I institutions) and capable of developing strong relationship with Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal personnel’s and will be responsible for managing these stakeholders.

• Interaction with patients and brief them about the support program/scheme.

• Maintain the patient’s data in Excel sheet /Google sheet and report on daily basis.

• Effectively work and build the communication with patients, health care professional and PBM staffs.

Qualifications

• Graduation. (preferably with medical science)

• 1-2 years’ job experience.

• Command on MS Office and Google Sheet.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Command to presenting in effective way and Pushto speaking is must.
