​📍 Location: Connekt Commercial Hub, RJ Mall 4th Floor, Main Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi (On-Site)
🕒 Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT (Monday - Friday) — Enjoy your weekends off!

​💼 Key Responsibilities:
​Patient Operations: Manage scheduling, registration, eligibility verification, and coordinate referrals.
​Billing Excellence: Prepare/submit medical claims, handle basic coding (CPT/ICD-10), track denials, and post payments.
​Support: Act as the main point of contact for patient portal inquiries and care coordination.

​🎓 Requirements:
​Bachelor’s degree preferred.
​1–3 years of experience in U.S. healthcare scheduling, medical billing, or revenue cycle management.
​Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and insurance verification.
​Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
​Prior experience in neurology or specialty practices is a major plus!
