We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Experience Representative to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will handle patient billing inquiries, insurance verifications, and provide outstanding support to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements:
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing, claims, and balances.
• Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits, co-pays, and deductibles.
• Help patients understand financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Process payments, set up payment plans, and post accurately to accounts.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with billing, collections, and clinical teams for efficient service.
