As a Patient Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations — managing patient appointments, insurance verification, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) while working closely with U.S.-based healthcare clinics.
📋 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage patient appointments, communication, and timely follow-ups ✔ Handle insurance verification and prior authorization processes ✔ Maintain accurate and up-to-date Electronic Medical Records (EMR) ✔ Coordinate between patients and clinical teams for seamless care delivery ✔ Ensure timely responses to patient queries and concerns ✔ Support healthcare staff with scheduling and documentation tasks
✅ Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Fresh graduates welcome | 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus
Experience in U.S. Healthcare or Medical Billing is highly preferred
Strong communication skills — fluent English, written and verbal
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
