Patient Coordinator

Description:

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a fast-growing healthcare support organization based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Coordinate with patients, ensuring seamless communication in Spanish & English.

✔ Provide guidance and support throughout patient’s care journey.

✔ Maintain patient records with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

✔ Liaise with doctors, nurses, and staff for smooth workflows.

✔ Assist with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.

Requirements

📌 Proficiency in Spanish (spoken) – English communication is a must.

📌 Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

📌 Excellent communication & organizational skills.

📌 Empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

📌 Healthcare/customer service experience preferred.
