Patient Calling Representative

Description:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Patient Calling Representative to join our RCM team

Job Requirements:

• Conduct outreach calls to patients and receive incoming patient calls regarding balances due on their accounts, providing clear and accurate information about their financial obligations

• Assist patients in understanding billing statements, insurance adjustments, co-pays, deductibles, and other related information

• Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory for this role
