The ideal candidate possesses extensive professional pastry experience (minimum 5 years), strong teaching skills, and expertise in a wide range of techniques (cake decorating, bread baking, chocolate work, etc.).

Responsibilities include curriculum development, hands-on instruction, lab management, student assessment, and maintaining industry connections.

A Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience is required.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
