Paints Sales Officer/sales Promotion Officer

Description:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (sales, marketing, business, engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated sales experience with a background in B2B sales in industries like construction, paint, or building materials
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including architects, builders, engineers, and contractors
• Experience with project management, sales & marketing, and contract terms and negotiations
• Ability to work effectively in a team, build rapport with customer and provide a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Must be willing to be based in Sailkot and travel as required.

Requirements

· 2-4 years of experience as a Paint Sales Officer
