Pure Logics is looking for a Paid Campaign Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, preferably within B2B, software services, or tech.

What You’ll Do
➜ Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta & Reddit Ads
➜ Develop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
➜ Manage GA4, pixels, tags, and conversion tracking
➜ Monitor performance and optimize for leads, conversions & CPL
➜ Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and outcomes
➜ Prepare performance reports with actionable insights

What We’re Looking For
➜ 1–3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience
➜ Experience with LinkedIn, Google, Meta & Reddit Ads
➜ B2B and lead-generation campaign experience
➜ Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, tracking, and reporting
➜ Strong testing and experimentation mindset
➜ Understanding of AI & automation in paid advertising
➜ Ability to connect campaign performance with business outcomes
➜ Experience in SaaS, software development, or tech services is a plus
➜ Familiarity with HubSpot, landing page optimization, retargeting, and audience segmentation is a plus
