Description:
We are looking for an experienced Ads Manager with hands-on expertise in planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and X. The ideal candidate is data-driven, performance-focused, and adept at turning ad spend into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- X (Twitter) Ads
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and CTAs (in collaboration with design/content teams)
- Monitor daily performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Set up and manage tracking using:
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Pixel & conversion APIs
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
- Prepare clear performance reports and insights for stakeholders
- Stay updated with platform policies, algorithm changes, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience running paid ads professionally
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and X Ads
- Experience with lead generation, eCommerce, and conversion-focused campaigns
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Experience working with different industries and budgets
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
