Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Ads Expert to take ownership of our digital advertising strategy and execution. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing multi-channel ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and maximizing ROI. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s online presence and lead generation efforts by leveraging data-driven decision-making and innovative ad strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other ad networks.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to refine campaign strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
- Manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation across campaigns.
- Create A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging ad copy and visuals.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on trends, new ad features, and best practices in PPC and paid social advertising.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and achieving ROAS targets.
- Familiarity with remarketing, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
- Experience with marketing automation and AI-driven ad optimization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
