Description:

1. Ensure smooth admission & visa process for each student.
2. Assess inquiries & qualify applications on the basis of academic background & financial stabilty.
3. Help students with university & course selection during initial stages of admission process.
4. Manage application portfolio through regular follow-up.
5. Liaison with visa & compliance team for streamlined visa process without any hassle.
6. Work on positive relationship management with existing clients.
7. Strong drive to manage set-targets and work with the Business Development team to meet goals.
8. Understanding of conversion techniques to meet the targets.
9. Equipped with complete knowledge of Australia, UK, Canada, USA & Europe. (Training will be provided)
10. Well-aware of admission policies of our partners & universities. (Training will be provided)
11. Ability to work within a team & lead as a team-leader.
10. Strong command over admission & visa steps involved in Australia, UK, Canada & USA applications.
11. Cognizant of SOP guidelines, GTE statements & study plans.
12. Deal with queries & complaints with a problem-solving attitude.
13. Prompt & timely response to client queries.
14. Meet admission or fee deposit deadlines and advise students accordingly.
15. Understand the importance of client satisfaction leading to client success.
