Outreach Specialist

 

Description:


Coordinate with the CEO and sales team to book qualified sales calls and ensure all leads are properly handed off.



Requirements

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or comparable B2B outreach tools.

Strong written communication skills — clear, concise, and professional messaging.

Comfortable handling high-volume outreach (100–200 messages/day).

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple outreach sequences at once.

Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM or lead management tools.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.



Nice-to-Have Skills

Prior experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency lead generation.

Familiarity with outreach tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or Dripify.

Basic knowledge of AI automation or SEO (not required but an asset).

Ability to write persuasive copy and experiment with new outreach angles.
