We are seeking a proactive Outreach Specialist to connect with businesses, build relationships, and create opportunities that drive SmartBenefits’ growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, networking, and presenting solutions to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- 🔎 Prospecting: Research and identify potential corporate clients and partners.
- 💬 Engagement: Initiate conversations through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and professional events.
- 🎯 Pitching: Present SmartBenefits’ solutions tailored to client needs.
- ✅ Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify leads before passing to the sales team.
- 🤝 Relationship Building: Nurture long-term connections beyond initial outreach.
- 📊 Performance Tracking: Monitor outreach efforts, track KPIs, and report insights.
- 🌍 Brand Advocacy: Represent SmartBenefits at networking events, webinars, and industry conferences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in outreach, business development, or partnerships (SaaS, Insurance, or HR Tech preferred).
- Strong LinkedIn and professional networking presence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach automation is a plus.
