Grey Solutions is the dispatch and customer support team behind limousine, black car and chauffeur companies across the United States. We answer their calls, chats and emails, handle reservations and dispatch, and keep their operations running around the clock, inside the software they already use, such as Moovs and Limo Anywhere.We're growing fast and building the go-to outsourcing partner for the US transportation industry. We need a strong voice on the phones to help us get there.

The role:You'll call owners and managers of US limousine and transportation companies, start real conversations about how they handle their calls, dispatch and after-hours coverage, and book qualified meetings for our founder to close. This is not script-reading or a boiler room. You'll be speaking business owner to business owner, so professionalism and confidence matter more than volume alone.

What you'll do:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to US transportation company owners and decision-makers.
• Open conversations around their real pain points: missed calls after hours, slow quote replies, dispatcher turnover, and unreliable outsourced partners.
• Qualify leads and book discovery calls into the founder's calendar.
• Follow up with prospects by call, email and SMS until they reach a decision.
• Log every call, outcome and next step in our CRM.
• Work alongside our cold email campaigns, calling leads who have opened or replied.
• Share weekly feedback on what prospects are saying, so we keep sharpening our pitch.

Requirements:

• A fluent, natural US or UK accent is mandatory. Applications without one won't be considered.
• Proven cold calling experience in US or UK B2B sales, appointment setting, or outbound campaigns, with results you can talk about: meetings booked, deals closed, targets hit.
• Able to work on-site at our Lahore office, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, with a one-hour break.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and holding a confident, unscripted conversation.
• Resilient with rejection, and disciplined about daily call targets.
• Organized, with good written English for follow-up emails and messages.
