Outreach Executive

Description:

A prestigious institution in Karachi is seeking a proactive and presentable Outreach Executive to strengthen its outreach efforts, especially focused on promoting UK qualifications to A-Level and Intermediate students. This role is ideal for dynamic and goal-oriented individuals who possess excellent communication and presentation skills and are passionate about education marketing.

The Outreach Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and academic institutions across Karachi, building strategic partnerships, and driving student admissions. The role demands someone with a strong understanding of UK education systems and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit A-Level and Intermediate colleges to introduce and promote Indus University’s UK qualifications.

• Conduct interactive sessions, presentations, and Q&A forums with students and parents.

• Build and maintain relationships with college administrators, counselors, and faculty.

• Educate students about admission criteria, program structures, scholarships, and career opportunities.

• Collect and track student queries and assist them through the application process.

• Provide valuable market feedback to improve outreach strategies.

• Work towards and exceed outreach, engagement, and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.

• Good understanding of UK qualifications and foreign education market trends.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Presentable, confident, and persuasive personality.
