BKK is looking for a full-time Outlet Executive to be based on-site in Jhang. This role is crucial to managing the operational and customer-facing aspects of a BKK outlet. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing the outlet's daily functions, providing expert advice to farmers, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

The key responsibilities include:

• Managing outlet operations and maintaining organized inventory systems.

• Delivering high-quality customer service and addressing queries efficiently.

• Providing agriculture-related consultancy to customers based on BKK’s expert knowledge base.

• Executing marketing and promotional activities to expand outreach and customer engagement.

• Assisting in boosting sales through effective communication and customer relationship management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong background in customer service and sales.

• Knowledge of agriculture and ability to provide tailored advisory services.

• Hands-on experience with inventory handling and operational management.

• Excellent marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
