Description:
We need experienced Call Centre Agents for our Deregulated Energy USA campaign.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Educate customers on deregulated energy options.
- Answer inquiries and assist with switching providers.
- Meet call volume and conversion targets.
- Record interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience in call centers, especially in deregulated energy.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Proficient with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
