Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Calling customers professionally and updating them regarding the on-going and up-coming projects.
•Researching required information using available resources.
•Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
•Identifying, escalating priority leads.
•Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
•Following up with the customers
•Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
•Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle inquiries.
•Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
•Communicating and coordinating with Sales department.
•Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Open availability:
• Experience in dealing with the public.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
• Ability to work with others in a close manner.
• Good computer skills which include MS office and email drafting.
• Good multi-tasking skills.
Skills and Specifications:
• Technical expert in related computer applications.
• Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
• Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
Monday to Thursday and Saturday.
o Friday and Sunday off
o 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
