Description:
Dream Beyond Technologies (a US-based software and AI company) is hiring a smart, proactive SDR (Sales Development Representative) to generate qualified leads for our custom software, AI tools, and WMS platforms.
What you'll do:
- Identify and research ideal clients on Apollo, LinkedIn, Clutch, and other platforms
- Send 500+ targeted emails/week via Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead
- Send 20–30 thoughtful LinkedIn connection messages and DMs/day
- Handle responses, qualify interest, and schedule intro calls for the CEO
- Track outreach, leads, and results in Google Sheets or CRM
- Collaborate weekly with the marketing and design team
What you must have:
- Experience with outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar
- Strong written English communication skills
- Basic understanding of SaaS, tech, or custom software
- Experience in B2B lead generation (bonus if in Supply Chain, Oil & Gas, or Healthcare)
- Self-managed, organized, and target-driven
- High attention to detail — every message matters
