Outbound Sales Specialist

Description:

Real Funnels Media is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our digital marketing agency by generating leads, booking meetings, and closing deals for our paid marketing services.

This role is onsite and requires someone confident with cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach, along with the ability to document the sales and outreach process on camera so we can build our brand through content on social media.

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers to qualify and close opportunities
• Sell our digital marketing services (PPC, Meta Ads, funnels, paid acquisition)
• Record short videos documenting your outreach process, learnings, wins, and insights for our social media
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn real sales activity into content
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 year of experience in outbound sales or business development
• Experience selling digital marketing services (PPC, paid ads, social media marketing)
• Strong spoken and written English communication
• Comfortable making daily outbound calls
• Comfortable recording short-form content on camera (phone or in-office setup)
• Confident, driven, and results-focused
