We're looking for someone who's already mastered outbound sales and is ready to own it completely: strategy, execution, and everything in between.
What You Own
- Building the outbound strategy from scratch — channels, sequencing, messaging, targeting
- Identifying the right companies and the right decision-makers within them
- Crafting outreach that actually gets replies — not templates, not spray and pray
- Running and optimising multi-channel campaigns across email and LinkedIn
- Qualifying inbound leads and managing handoffs to the sales team
- Keeping the CRM clean and the pipeline honest
What We're Looking For
- Proven outbound experience targeting UK or US B2B markets
- Specific experience selling technology — AI, mobile, software, or enterprise solutions
- Someone who builds systems, not just sends emails
- Strong written English — your outreach should be sharp, relevant, and human
- Proficient with outbound tooling: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar
- No interest in hand-holding. You know what good looks like and you go get it.
