Outbound Sales Specialist

We're looking for someone who's already mastered outbound sales and is ready to own it completely: strategy, execution, and everything in between.

What You Own

  • Building the outbound strategy from scratch — channels, sequencing, messaging, targeting
  • Identifying the right companies and the right decision-makers within them
  • Crafting outreach that actually gets replies — not templates, not spray and pray
  • Running and optimising multi-channel campaigns across email and LinkedIn
  • Qualifying inbound leads and managing handoffs to the sales team
  • Keeping the CRM clean and the pipeline honest

 

What We're Looking For

  • Proven outbound experience targeting UK or US B2B markets
  • Specific experience selling technology — AI, mobile, software, or enterprise solutions
  • Someone who builds systems, not just sends emails
  • Strong written English — your outreach should be sharp, relevant, and human
  • Proficient with outbound tooling: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar
  • No interest in hand-holding. You know what good looks like and you go get it.
