As a Sales Development Rep, you’ll partner up with our team to build and implement an effective sales strategy to maximize leads for the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for our advisors
- Learn how sales works in Stratus and build the foundation for your career
- Work with your team to identify strategies to overachieve your goal.
- Demonstrate the value of our offering through cold calling.
- Diligently follow up on leads to increase your LPD (Total Sales)
- Take max number of cold calls on Predictive/Auto Dialing.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively is absolutely a must
- Previous experience in B2b sales is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Extreme dedication and the urge to grow is a must.
- Fearlessness – willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with the sales team
- Ability to work under pressure - That's what sales is all about.
- Experience with a high call volume fast paced phone sales environment
- Ability to adapt to changing business issues and requirements and be creative in suggesting new approaches
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply provided they possess excellent interpersonal skills with great command of English language. Again, a 100% dedication is a must.
